MESSAGEmanager FAX seamlessly integrates with popular mail, ERP, CRM and Document Management applications, Multi Function Devices and network, mini and mainframe applications. With support for Desktop, Web Browser, COM and XML, MESSAGEmanager is easily integrated into many third party products.

More than just a FAX Server MESSAGEmanager also supports Voice, Telephony, Speech, SMS and Telex.

MESSAGEmanager FAX Features:

All Rich Text and Windows file formats including Office, Postscript, PCL, HTML and PDF are converted by the Server to crisp, clear FAX format with the fonts, formats and graphics intact.
Users are automatically notified by mail with the details of the success or failure of the transmission and the cost of the call. If required you can also receive a copy of the sent fax. Should the transmission fail, the sender is advised of the reason for failure.
Incoming faxes can be automatically routed direct to user mailboxes. MESSAGEmanager supports routing to public folders, manual routing by the Administrator to a user’s mailbox or redirection to a printer or MFD.
Facsimiles are delivered in TIFF or searchable PDF format as a mail attachment and can be displayed on workstation or printed.
The Report Manager produces graphical and detailed reports for every outgoing and incoming message including:
- Estimated call cost by User.
- Total call duration by User.
- Total incoming and outgoing call duration by hour.
- Summaries and detail of outgoing messages by Sender or billing code.
- Incoming message details sorted by Server.
Services are configured and managed via Microsoft Management Console (MMC). All components present familiar tabbed controls to minimise training costs and learning times.
Error conditions such as low disk space, conversion problems, no dial tone etc. are automatically notified so you can respond promptly and avoid system downtime.
Messages over a predetermined age are automatically deleted, eliminating the need to housekeep old or obsolete messages.
MESSAGEmanager FAX is licensed by host/client application, for example SMTP, and number of lines required. Media Processing Resources and PC hardware are additional.

IP FAX

IP FAX is the ideal fit for those organisations with a high speed VoIP network. With a VoIP network, organisations save money by routing messages over the network and to the PSTN via the nearest T.38 Fax gateway.
IP FAX eliminates the need for FAX Servers in every location, with one FAX server serving multiples of. ces, inexpensive Gateways connecting remote of. ces to the PSTN and Proxy servers routing messages to the Gateways.
IP Fax is available in 2, 4, 8, 12 24, 30, 48 and 60 channels. As requirements grow additional channels can be easily added via a software license upgrade.
MESSAGEmanager IP FAX supports Cisco, Quintum, Audiocodes and other compliant SIP and H.323 T.38 Gateways.

Small Business FAX Server

MESSAGEmanager Small Business FAX Server (SBFS) is an Entry Level Low Cost FAX Server which can be licensed for up to 2 ports of Brooktrout TruFax 14.4KBS analog FAX.

SBFS is designed for small to medium-sized organisations and departmental workgroups that have minimal faxing requirements, but still require a highly reliable and dependable solution.
SBFS supports standard MESSAGEmanager client and host applications and can be extended to include SMS, Mail and Voice modules.

Enterprise FAX

MESSAGEmanager Enterprise FAX can support up to 120 lines per server of 33.6KBS FAX. Multiple machines can be configured for backup, load sharing and least cost routing over the Internet to a Server ideally located to send the message, based on call costs, processing capacity and workload.

MESSAGEmanager FAX allows users to send and receive faxes to and from the Outlook Desktop just like sending an email.

Just enter the fax address, attach the file and send.
No additional software is required on the desktop.
Messages can be sent via the standard Outlook memo form.
Fax addresses can be maintained in the Outlook Global or Personal Address Books or a Contact Database.
Messages can be scheduled as urgent, normal or deferred to an off peak time.
