An integrated communications system for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), the Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Office* provides a personal communications manager (PIMphony), an advanced call center solution (Alcatel-Lucent OmniTouch Call Center Office) secure high-speed Internet access, advanced TDM and IP telephony and LAN switching. Alcatel-Lucent’s solution consists of a pre-configured server that provides every employee with voice, Internet, email and data capabilities.
