Outstanding Regional Business Partner
Sydney, Thursday, March 13, 2008: Alcatel-Lucent has named Premium business partner, BTAS, Outstanding Regional Business Partner. BTAS was recognised for its business contribution and commitment to Alcatel-Lucent in 2007.
The award was one of three presented to partners across Asia Pacific at a gala event as part of its annual Alcatel-Lucent Forum, held recently in Paris.
The criteria for BTAS’s selection included:
- Impressive revenue growth of more than 40 per cent for 2007
- Development of new business and expansion to other Alcatel-Lucent products such as Genesys and data
- Investment in growing markets including an acquisition in Melbourne to increase its footprint in Alcatel-Lucent’s second most important market for Australia and New Zealand
- Success in winning landmark Melbourne-based account, Orica, against notable Alcatel competitors.
