Sales Administrator (Click here for full details) BTAS are looking for a Sales Administrator for our Macquarie Park office. BTAS is an independent, dynamic and growing organisation delivering voice and data telecommunications services to a broad range of clients. Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for a broad range of office and sales administration activities. Your duties will include:
- Providing day to day support to the sales team
- Prepare formal proposal documents including tender preparation and collation
- Handle customer reception calls and enquiries
- Update and manage Sales CRM database
- General administration duties including scheduling meetings for team, catering, travel organisation
- Liaise with other BTAS departments where required to assist in the sales process to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide reports both scheduled and as required
- Engage where required with suppliers and partners to ensure that the sales team has up to date product, pricing and marketing collateral
- Ad-hoc projects/duties when required
